2007 Founders' Day

The SD Theta Undergraduate Chapter and Alumni Association invites you to attend the 36th annual Founders’ Day celebration on Sunday February 25th.   A banquet will be held at 12:30 pm at the SDSU Student Union- Lewis & Clark room in Brookings, SD.  The banquet will feature an afternoon meal, reports from the Chapter EA, House Corporation and Alumni Association along with several chapter awards and the presentation of the John J. Jaspers Memorial Scholarships.  Following the banquet all alumni, parents and guests are invited to the SAE House for refreshments, conversation and house tours.

Our featured speaker will be Jennifer Novotny, SDSU Director of Student Union and Activities.  She will be discussing the changes in the SDSU Student Union over the last few years with the remodeling project and how this has impacted student life at SDSU. Also, how has this impacted Greek Life at SDSU.  She will also offer advice on how Sigma Alpha Epsilon and our members can help to enhance student life on the campus of SDSU.

We will be also be honoring our newly initiated members who were initiated at the Levere Memorial Temple this past month.  Finally, we will be honoring ten new Founder Level Members and our 25th Anniversary brothers as well.

The SD Theta House Corporation will be holding its annual voters meeting at the house that afternoon.  All alumni in good standing with SD Theta and SAE are welcome to vote at this meeting.
